昨年4月にリリースされたYocto3.1LTS(Dunfell)の11回目のポイントリリース、3.1.11 公開のアナウンスが
2021年9月27日付けでありました。
当初は9月13日版で構築、9月24日リリース予定でしたが、9月15日付のコミットを元にQAテストを実施
したものがリリースとなっています。

現時点では、9/15以降のレシピ変更点は、内部で使用するテスト用スクリプトのgitの動作確認
URLの変更の１点ががコミットされています。

本リリースの既知の問題点は、リリーステスト用のスクリプト　
oe_syslog.SyslogTestConfig.test_syslog_startup_config がエラーとなるケースで、この問題は
断続的に発生しています。　

次のポイントリリース3.1.12 の公開予定は現時点では未定です。
