一度ダウンロードしたファイルをlocal_mirrorとして使用することで、ネットワーク環境が無い場合でも
bitbake 可能にする設定　BB_NO_NETWORK = "1" ですが、数あるレシピの中にはこの設定を
行っているとエラーとなるものが有りました。（Yocto2.2の場合）

当該レシピを直接もしくは間接的に使用するために指定する場合には効かない設定ですが
BBMASKに当該レシピを追加することで、ネットワーク接続環境のない場所でもbuildが可能になります。
