昨年4月にリリースされたYocto3.1LTS(Dunfell)の8回目のポイントリリース、3.1.8 公開のアナウンスが
2021年6月2日付けでありました。

当初は5月17日リリース予定でしたが。5月24日版で構築されたものがQAを経てリリースされています。

現時点(6/4 10:00JST)では、次回リリースに向けての修正のコミットが始まっています。

次のポイントリリース3.1.9は 、一月後の2021/7/2 を予定しています。

ポイントリリースは、基本的にCVEに登録された脆弱性対応のSecurity Fix 発見されたbugへの
対処が主となります。

今回のポイントリリースでは サポートする開発ホストのディストリビューションにfedora33が
追加されています。
