2022年4月にリリースされたYocto4.0 LTS (Kirkstone)の3回目のポイントリリース4.0.3公開のアナウンスが2022年8月18日付けでありました。
当初予定より2日遅く8月10日版で構築されましたが、QAが順調に進みり8月18日にリリースとなっています。

今回のリリースでが、カーネルは 5.10.135 及び 5.15.59 が提供されています。

なお、8月10日以降 次期リリースに向けた更新は現時点では登録されていません。

次のポイントリリース4.0.4 は 4.0.3リリース一カ月後2022/9/19 版で構築、QA後の2022/9/30 のリリースを予定しています。
