2023年5月5日にリリースされたYocto4.2 (Mickledore)の1回目のポイントリリース4.2.1公開のアナウンスが2022年5月29日付けでありました。

当初予定より2日早く5月19日版で構築され、QAを問題無くパスしたため4日早い5月29日にリリースとなっています。
今回のリリースは、4.2リリース版が2023/4/22のコミットを使用となったため、更新されたものは通常に比べて少なくkernelバージョンの変更はありません。

次のポイントリリース4.2.2 は 2023/7/10 版で構築、QA後の2023/7/21 のリリースを予定しています。
